Papo Seco
White - Douro DOC
white wine
Elegant and fresh with notes of stone fruit, citrus and white flowers.
Mineral, balanced and with a lively finish.
Grapes: 30% Viosinho, 30% Gouveio, 20% Arinto, 20% Rabigato
Winemaking
Whole-bunch pressing under an inert atmosphere (nitrogen).
Fermentation at 16–20°C.
Final third aged in 500 L French oak and acacia barrels (“Seguin Moreau”).
Bâtonnage until May.
